This was a great place to stay with the hosts being friendly and extremely helpful. The location on a farm was great and the animals were great to see in the morning! There are so many good walks and Beaches within a 30min drive which made this location perfect.

Very warm welcome from Graham & Mary and not forgetting Gruff, the doggy welcome basket was a lovely touch as was the home laid eggs in ours. The early morning alarm from the donkeys was a lovely sound, the cottage was quiet warm and full of charm. Lovely location to areas of interest and the information folder provided was carefully put together as full of lovely walks, local dog friendly pubs to frequent. Will be returning again in 2020 if not before. Glen \ Debs & Yoshi

We very much enjoyed our holiday at Hawthorn ... Although it's quite a secluded location it is close to all local amenities and villages . The cottage has absolutely everything you might need and more , it's basically a home from home . Our hosts were wonderfully kind , even leaving us and our dog welcome hampers . I would highly recommend Hawthorn and we will definitely be visiting again . A fabulous holiday location . Many thanks to Mary and Graham .

If you are looking for a peaceful location, clean, well maintained accommodation run by lovely people this would be for you.
