Cosy comfortable cottage in perfect location

As a regular guest at Kingsley Cottage we were pleased to see some improvements to keep the property up to date and prevent it becoming stale. During the Covid pandemic cleanliness is a worry for everyone but anyone renting Kingsley Cottage should have no concerns. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Great location. Nice view of the beach. This is a small fishermans type cottage, but is really well laid out. Bedroom's are downstairs with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs is a well fitted kitchen and open plan sitting area (with Sky - a blessing for a rainy day). Parking is tricky but it is tricky wherever you stay in Instow. You sometimes have to drive round the block but always find somewhere. Great amenities close by (Johns shop sells everything, and pub and the Boathouse opposite). 3 loo's is amazing for such a small cottage, and and a small outside space for drying things. They kindly left some wine, and crisps etc for us which was much appreciated after a long drive from London. All v clean and with everything you would need (washing machine, dryer, good wifi, etc). Would definitely recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This is a beautiful spot and the beach cottage has all you need for a great beach trip. It is also close to a range of day trips we enjoyed. We hope to be back!
