Having to pay for linen, us cleaning our accommodation on exit.

Location and layout of property
It smelt very musty when we first arrived. Had to open up the premises and keep some windows open to eliminate the mustiness

Quiet location walking distance to the beach, very comfortable bed & furnishings, big fridge, great kitchen
Would have liked a scrubbing brush for pots & pans

The location was fantastic and Rainbow Beach is such a beautiful spot for a family holiday.
Unfortunately, the house had a very strong musty/wet-dog smell that lingered even with all the windows open. The couches and cushions were visibly dirty and felt like they needed a thorough professional clean or replacing. The house was also extremely dark inside — we needed to have most of the lights on even during the day. For $1,700 for the week, we expected the property to feel much cleaner, fresher and more inviting.
