A Casa di Simona ci siamo trovati molto bene. Caratteristiche importanti, ottima pulizia, parcheggio all'interno della struttura gratuito, e un 'abbondante colazione sia salata che dolce con prodotti tipici freschi. Consigliato, perchè poco distante dal Duomo di Monreale.

This B&B was nice and clean. The views from the balcony were great. Outstanding communication with pictures and instructions on how to find the property and where to park.
The breakfast was fantastic. There was so much choice. This is a full on continental breakfast. Lots of fresh local pastries and meats n cheeses to choose from. We could not fault it.
The location requires a car, but we knew this when choosing this property. Value for money, has all the amenities you need, highly recommended.
Shower was functional, just a little small.

Beautiful view, however the door was broken to the patio/view and we were accused of breaking it and then told upon it being fixed not to use the patio.
If you like breakfast, the spread was pretty amazing. There were some wrapped food too that appeared each morning but we were unsure if we were allowed to open it and if it was an added cost. There was no one on site or instructions on that. Some foods had prices on them so it was confusing.
There was no washing machine, which we had counted on, as it was listed.
The host did not respond to our texts about questions such as parking, local beaches and inner city parking. There was no welcome note or information about the food in the dining room. Some had prices on it so we were unsure what was available to eat
The hosts tone in the emails was unpleasant. We had been traveling for close to month and we had never encountered this before.
