Excellent location right on the strip. Beds are very comfortable and AC is excellent. Very quiet in the apartment even though it’s on the strip. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we required including a washing machine. We were in the top floor apartment which had a very large balcony with sun loungers. Host was excellent and answered texts very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment doesn’t have its own parking. There is a small free car park opposite but it’s often full. The apartment doesn’t have a pool but it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fig Tree Giannis and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed for two weeks, and from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a longer stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. The location was also fantastic and made our stay in Protaras extremely convenient and enjoyable. Everything we needed was easily accessible, while the apartment itself was a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after spending the day outside. A special mention has to go to Yiannis, who was an outstanding host from beginning to end. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and always very easy to communicate with. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he was responsive and genuinely interested in making sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our holiday. His hospitality really made a difference and made us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay. After spending 14 nights here, we can genuinely say that we felt completely at home. Everything was exactly as we had hoped, if not better. We would happily stay here again and are already considering returning next year. We can wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and Yiannis as a host to anyone visiting Protaras. Thank you again for making our holiday such a pleasant and memorable one!

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely happy with both the apartment and the hospitality throughout our two-week stay.

the apartments are superb thanks to yannis large balcony over looking protaras strip shops and resurants on your door step excellent value for money 10 out of 10 for me no pool but beach 2 mins away absolutly superb

The location was excellent. We also liked the amazing porch

There was no sitting room-the only area where we could actually sit and eat sth was the kitchen which was really dark and thus suffocating. We also didn't like the fact that the porch-veranda had no umbrella or some kind of pergola so that we could sit under, even for a while. Basically, even though the veranda is huge, one can only use it after 730 pm. Finally, the mattresses were not very comfortable.
