The shower floors are very slippery, more than one person in our group nearly fell. The keypad on the front door had issues. It took multiple tries with several cards to gain access sometimes. Overall it was a beautiful house in a beautiful resort.

The service was always kind and quick to respond and we really enjoyed hanging by the pool all day, eating at the outdoor bar and grill and the activities were age appropriate for any kid between 4-12
