Location. Well equipped. Nice outdoor patio
Above a bar so noise transfer.

Lots of attention to detail with kitchen equipment etc. Spacious, courtyard, and comfortable seating.
Upstairs rhythm music was played on a loop track from 6pm to 1am every night not very loudly but it made it tiresome in the front room.

Communication with the staff (emailing) was pretty responsive and helpful.
The flat was not clean; visible dirt, leftover packaging, and trash from previous visitors were found throughout. The property itself is highly neglected, featuring broken or poorly maintained equipment. Be ready for cockroaches hunt
