Great location close to the beach and the main strip. House was very comfortable and had a "lived in" feel by comparison to some more sterile rental houses. The house was perfect for my family, which included older adults and kids alike, with ample activities such as books, puzzles, games, and pirate dress-up, not to mention lots of sand buckets and shovels for the beach! Sound easily carries through the house, and especially into the loft bedroom on the third floor, so keep that in mind depending on the needs of your group. Grateful to the host for allowing us to have an amazing stay!

Great house in a great location! Hosts were kind and responsive.

This is a comfortable home, a short walk from the beach and slightly farther to walk into town. The owner is always very helpful.

Positive: This is an economical property given the number of bedrooms and baths. Great internet connection. Close location to Cannon Beach shops and beautiful beach. Negatives: Loft floor plan means even small noises are heard throughout house. Lots of ornamental clutter, master bed needs replacement and lacks bedside tables and dresser. Outdoor grill was old, rusty and unusable. Backyard area was not maintained and was unusable. Main view is a busy side street. On street parking not controlled and made the street one way when approaching the intersection with main S. Hemlock St. where the Sea Breeze Court seems to be using on street parking ad overflow parking for their guests.
