The kids had a wonderful surprise the rooms were nice and cozy and the theme Naruto and Hello Kitty made it special

Staying here was quite the experience! The staff go above and beyond to attend to you the entire stay. Though there was a language barrier, they were more than willing to accommodate translation with apps so everyone could communicate. The room was incredible and the cedar tub was amazing. It was nice having the space all to myself. The food was so delicious and honestly the highlight. Please be aware that many of the dishes are traditional Japanese. Everything was carefully prepared. They offer a shuttle to the areas as well which was nice, especially since it was raining. I would absolutely stay here again!

Really fun glamping experience, especially if you get one of the collaboration rooms. Despite a bit of a language barrier, the staff was amazing. The location is great if you want to spend the whole day at Nijigen No Mori.

I'll preface this first, our stay was wonderful. I didn't want to leave yet when check out came around. However, on the first night, when we were supposed to check in, it would've been nice to know about the phone to call the hotel so that they can pick you up from the designated drop off zone for taxis/busses. We were just anxious standing around hoping we followed the instructions correctly.
