Good central location with secure parking and good wifi. Excellent facilities, good very good kitchen (with one exception -see below) and dining room and very spacious living room.

Dishwasher didnt work, even though it made all the right noises, so needs attention. Was a bit noisey at night, with people making their way home, but expected that with the central location. Handy convenience store nearby.

Very very very noisy road with constant traffic all day and evening, by the 6th night we had had enough, set washing machine to cold wash and it came out boiling hot, possibly not piped up properly? Shrank my husband's polo shirts 😬 Lounge carpet was badly stained, couldn't use shower long in case over flowing tray, toilet occasionally wouldn't flush down drain. I would say needs a plumber to investigate issue.

Lift is very convenient. Parking is great. Location is perfect. The apartment is very, very comfortable. Kitchen has everything.

Bit noisy at times.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, providing everything we needed for a self-sufficient four-night stay. As a family, we particularly appreciated having all the necessary facilities and space to make our stay feel like a home away from home. We stayed for the Ironman 70.3 event, and the location was ideal, providing convenient access to both the start and finish areas. The lift was also extremely useful, particularly for transporting our supplies and event equipment, including a bike, as the apartment is on the first floor and the staircase is relatively narrow.

Unfortunately, although the apartment has been freshly decorated and has a modern appearance, it did not feel or appear as clean as we would have expected. As noted in some of the other reviews, cleanliness appears to be an area that requires urgent attention. For example, the cutlery and utensils were not as clean as you would expect, particularly considering the cost of our four-night stay. Due to our concerns, we put all of the cutlery and utensils through the dishwasher before using them. The cupboard handles in the kitchen also felt noticeably grubby, as did a number of the door handles and light switches throughout the apartment. There were also issues with the windows. Several could not be opened, either because they appeared to have seized shut or because they were locked and no key was available. This was particularly noticeable given the apartment's location on a busy road and junction. Traffic noise is constant, and in the evenings there was additional disruption from people leaving nearby pubs and clubs, particularly after midnight. Closing the windows reduced the noise to some extent, but the double glazing appears to be poor and would benefit from replacement. During warmer summer periods, keeping the windows closed may also make the apartment uncomfortably warm, while leaving them open would make the external noise difficult to tolerate over an extended period. Finally, the windows, particularly externally, appeared not to have been cleaned for some considerable time, with a noticeable and substantial layer of dirt. Overall, the apartment has clearly had investment in its decoration and modernisation and has the potential to be a very good property. However, greater attention to cleanliness, window maintenance and external noise insulation would significantly improve the experience for guests.
