My wife and I have stayed in this condo villa several times and it’s always been immaculate in cleanliness as well as an excellent location. Villa 109 never disappoints as well as the views of the marina and the amenities it has to offer.

We recently stayed for 2 weeks. Even though the snow the 1st week closed down most restaurants and made walking/biking treacherous, we still enjoyed our stay. This unit provides relaxing views of the harbor, comfortable beds, deep jacuzzi baths, and plenty of space. Our only complaint was the living space wasn't condusive to TV watching, and inadequate lighting at night for reading.

This is a beautiful property in such a convenient location with easy access to the beach while having all of the convenience of shopping and dining! It was spotless clean and a property we will hope to stay at again!

Have rented this unit many times. Unfortunately this time it was in need of major painting and cleaning. You were kind enough to let us preview another unit and there was no comparison. It
was much nicer. If you need pictures of 109 let us know. I took some. As always it was a pleasure working with you all.
