Great location to walk to the old town with a private carpark. Well organized apartment. Nice owner. We would happily return to this spot for another short stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Graz. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the city center and the most famous landmarks. There were also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the area was quiet and peaceful. Andrej was outstanding host - very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He kindly allowed us an earlier check-in and a later release of the parking space, which we really appreciated. Parking was another big advantage, with a spot available directly in the building’s underground garage.
