Well-Appointed Townhouse in Cathedral Canyon Near Palm Springs
Położony w Cathedral Canyon County Club, ten piękny 1500 sq ft 2BD / 2. 5BA dwupoziomowy dom został całkowicie odnowiony w 2014 roku z nową kuchnią, nowe płytki, nowy dywan i nowej zmodernizowanej mebli. Doskonała lokalizacja z podgrzewanym basenem i spa tuż za tylnym patio. Klubie, golf i tenis są w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Na pierwszym poziomie znajduje się komfortowy salon z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem HD, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia z urządzenia ze stali nierdzewnej, retro kuchni kącik dla czterech, z WC, barkiem oraz garaż na dwa samochody z pralki i suszarki. Tuż na zewnątrz jest taras od strony południowej z nowym grillem gazu ziemnego, patio restauracji dla sześciu, a dwóch leżanek. Na piętrze są dwie sypialnie, każda z mistrzowskie duże garderoby. Jeden znajduje się łóżko małżeńskie i balkon z widokiem na góry. Drugi główny posiada łóżko typu king size i przy ognisku okna z pięknym widokiem na góry. Klub kraj jest dobrze utrzymane osiedle zamknięte. Urządzenie jest zakaz palenia. Małe zwierzęta są traktowane z opłatą.

We stayed at this condo for a month and loved every minute of it, it has everything you need - it’s decorated with new modern furniture and feels just like home. The kitchen has everything you need, and it has a great Weber BBQ. The living room is comfortable with a good-sized TV, cable & the movie channel. The pool is just steps from the back patio which made it very accessible. We are hoping to book this condo for next year. Lori was great to deal with and was very responsive whenever we had questions.
We really liked that the bedrooms were upstairs & had their own bathrooms, there is also a half bath downstairs. The community is quiet & secure perfect for walking at night. The golf course is just a two minute walk away.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We enjoy the Palm Springs area and this property is ideally located for activities, shopping, and the sunshine. The fruit picking in the back yard is an added bonus. Grapefruit, oranges & lemons.

I rented the condo for 2 months during the summer and it was perfect! It had everything that I needed and the neighborhood is wonderful. I love that it's gated and is well lit for walking my dog at night The pools are great and all the mature fruit trees are wonderful for making fresh juice. Lori was super helpful at answering all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm already planning to visit again and highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our 2018 stay and look forward to 2019. This is a great location to explore the surrounding area that is Palm Springs to us. Countless day trips or overnights and then back to the comforts of home.

This condo has everything you need - it’s tastefully decorated and feels very much like home. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home, and a good Weber BBQ too. The living room is comfortable with a good-sized TV and cable. The pool is handy, right off the back patio. We would come back here in a heartbeat. The owners are super responsive and great people too!
