The room was clean and the bathrooms were stocked with towels and shampoos. The laundry came with detergent and the kitchen had all the utensils and condiments. The pool was perfect with a great seating area and the pier was great for fishing and watching the fish.

Myself, my two children and precious pup stayed at this beautiful house while visiting family. Not only was it perfectly located to every store we needed, but it also came equipped with everything we needed for our stay, just like a home away from home. My kids spent everyday playing in the pool and fishing off of the dock. The house had a very nostalgic feel to it and the dock gave us the most memorable sunsets we truly couldn’t get enough of. Joan and Kelly were super sweet and accommodating even greeting us upon arrival and giving us a tour of the house. We absolutely loved our experience, loved the home, loved the location and our hosts were just a text away if we needed them. Highly recommend!!!

Second time here. It was like coming home.. We love the house with that breathtaking views. We saw dolphins, sharks, manatees, alligators, stingrays, many many fish (small and big). We had an amazing time. Would love to come back. Thank you!

We loved this place. My wife, mother (and small dog) and I stayed here for 8 days. The place was well maintained and perfectly located to Punta Gorda, Venice and Ft. Myers which were all destinations for us. Joan met us on day 1 and was available to provide local information as simple as dinner recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joan for the hospitality.
