This is a great smaller home with pool and close to the beach for a smaller family vacation. Close enough to hear the ocean, but no beach view because of the trees and dune. There are many, many small touches that the owner's have taken care of that make the trip so much easier. The biggest thing for us was having a prep table next to the grill when you are cooking and providing beach chairs with a beach cart! The owner's chairs were so much better than the discount chairs we had bought for previous trips to the beach. Everything worked great and we enjoyed our vacation at the house. Two small items I would recommend is installing a hammock in the lower level pilings and labeling the sheets better. The bench swing is nice but hard to nap on in the afternoons. There are 3 bed sizes and figuring out full, queen and king took some "musical chairs". These are such small issues they didn't affect our stay. Can't wait to go back!

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. The beach walk wasn't too long, and the neighborhood was safe and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Sunnyside Up again.

Great house! Clean, well maintained, and very close to the beach. All at a great price.

Great house that is walkable to the beach. Very clean and in good shape. Nice floor plan with a closed in front porch area that adds living area. Property has been kept up well with nice pool area.
