This was a great property to stay out! Amazing view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Weather was not the best but we had no complaints spending more time indoors at this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We first arrive to the gate. The entry access was simple. Parking availability every 10 minutes or less. Luggage racks available at the front door. Check in made easy. Staff very welcoming. Elevated access to the floor with handicap ramps. Door code and entry also made easy. The room was immaculate! Everything you ever needed, including a very comfortable bed, clean floor with no sand granules, and a view from the room to die for! Thank you for such an inviting stay. You made it very easy for us to return as often as we can. I didn’t expect that...

Condo was exactly as described, quiet on the 6th floor but easy to get to the beach. Unfortunately we did not have a good weather week, but still enjoyed the condo, and Destin, very much. Close to restaurants and shopping. This was our second year at Holiday Surf and Racquet, and we will be back.

Lots of rules to follow, paper products not available, no beach towels to use, not any cleaning supplies or dishwasher soap or sponge. The view was amazing and the patio was beautiful and comfortable. Bring plenty of bathroom supplies such as bath and hand soap
