Easy check in and well stocked place: boxed kitchen and bathroom kits, dishes, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cookware, linens, pillows, blankets, beach chairs, kite, beach toys, games, and some DVDs. Wifi worked well. Quick access to beach and water rinse off location at the top to get sand off sandles and feet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of spots to hang coats and keys. Fridge, stove, and microwave all worked well and let us cook our favorite foods. There were some water maintenance issues we mentioned to the host. They were quick to respond to text. Something good to note in case you have smoke sensitivity: There were "no smoking" signs everywhere, but many guest ignored them. Such is when sharing a space. 2nd note: While this unit sleeps 6 (with 2 full beds and a pullout sofa), it would be a tight fit for that many people. It fit 4 comfortably though. Overall, we'd recommend this unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was within walking distance to some stores and beach tide pools, offered plenty of parking (even when fully booked), and it the privacy of the bedroom was nice for naps while main area was being used. Beach gear was a wonderful touch for this unit!

Our family loved it

What a great location. Already planning our next stay.

Had a few problems that were not solved. Difficult to reach anyone to help us.
