Awesome, spacious place with comfy furniture and lots of TVs. Pics don't do justice. A little ways from beach, but no big deal (needed the exercise). Absolutely great size for 4-6 ppl. Lock box for key fob needs fixing; other than that, A. The indoor pool and hot tub were pristine. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed! The outdoor and indoor pool were both great. Will definitely recommend this place to others and when we come back to Hilton Head would stay here again.

Comfy and cozy bungalow. You are sure to see alligators.Short walk to the ocean.

This condo is comprised of two adjoining units. There are two air conditioning units that each cool one side of the unit. One of the a/c units was not functioning upon our arrival. I notified owner immediately and he was unable to get a repair person until the following afternoon. We slept in this bedroom while it was 82 degrees in there which was quite uncomfortable. There are no ceiling fans in the unit. I think this is one of the cons of renting from owner when there are no on-site repair workers available. The location of the condo is across the street from the beach. A note to anyone with small children: it took us at minimum 10 minutes to walk to the closest beach access (we have a toddler to carry). The closest beach access does not have a shower or restroom. It took us around 15 minutes to walk to the next beach access location that does have showers and restroom access. Since we went back and forth to condo for nap times, the distance was not ideal for us. You can ride a bike very quickly to the beach though so that's a nice option to have. There is a very nice indoor and outdoor pool. There is also a hot tub inside. The interior of the complex and outdoor grounds are clean and seemed safe. A key fob is needed to enter all doors. There is easy access to the bike path from which you can easily ride to Coligny park and plaza for shops, restaurants, and the fountains. The interior of the condo is clean and nicely decorated. The couches were very nice and all reclined. We found most things we needed for cooking in the kitchen with the exception of a cutting board and appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Some improvements that should be made include replacing the mattress and pillows in the first bedroom. There is a very large divet in the first bedroom mattress with king sized bed. Both pillows also need replacing. There is WiFi available but we found it to be too slow to use our Netflix sometimes.
