Didn’t appear to be vacuumed and the more I thought about it, I’m not sure if the sheets were changed. I realized this when laundry exchange day came around. There was also a stain on the box spring that was visible. We will be back, but this was disappointing. Also, a helpful attitude and more knowledge from desk people would have been appreciated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This listing needs updated photos as the furnishings and appliances have been upgraded from what is seen in the photos. That being said, I've been coming to the Islander for 32 years. This unit has been my favorite one. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are included which we happily used. I loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning because of the ocean view. The unit is next to the stairs so it was very convenient for beach and pool access. We loved our stay in this unit and look forward to returning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of some overall maintenance. The furniture seemed in pretty bad shape. The showers have a black mold in the tracks and some tiles. There were candy wrappers and chewed gum, assuming left from previous renters in the twin room. Some of the linens on the bed seemed a bit dirty as well. The unit smelled odd, when we got in it was an overwhelming smell of cleaner but after that it almost smelled like a mold smell especially when the kitchen cabinets were opened. The location is great being at the end unit and we had a nice view. Easy and quick access to the beach, having two chairs provided is also great.
