Clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and landscaped. Sunsets from the front porch we're very nice. Pool was well maintained, warm, and large. Outside seating at many locations. Snorkeling the ship wreck across the road was easy and fun with many fish to be seen. Our host Anneke, was very accessible and helpful with arrival, departure, and our many questions.

This Aruba property met all our needs and more. We were left without a rental 1.5 months out of our trip due to a change in property ownership. We quickly came upon this wonderful property. The private pool was great. There was ample seating and room for all our guests. Communicating from the USA to Aruba was a bit challenging but we were able to get ahold of the property manager in the end.

We had a fabulous stay! The location was perfect. From the front porch, we enjoyed stunning ocean views, including a small shipwreck just offshore. It made for fun daily snorkeling adventures (water shoes are definitely recommended). Using our iPhones in waterproof cases, we captured amazing videos of the beautiful fish.The backyard featured a large shaded area for anyone who preferred to stay out of the sun, as well as a wonderful, clean pool that we enjoyed morning, noon, and night. The colorful pool lighting in the evening added a special touch. Whenever we weren't out exploring the island, we were relaxing by the pool.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

On the positive side, this house is in a beautiful location and has amazing views of the ocean. On the negative side, the house is not well-maintained and the owners did not accurately communicate the problems in the listing or address them in a prompt way during our stay. Some of these issues may or may not be problematic to different visitors, but they were issues for us including: - Active Construction on the property and construction materials all over the yard (a problem with young children). There were also some dead animals in the backyard that were rotting and causing a strong smell. - Laundry did not function for half the stay (we have an infant, so a significant issue for us). - General issues with the house condition. Some examples include a non-functioning air conditioning unit, plumbing back-up from shower, cockroaches in living spaces, and general condition of furniture inside. The twin beds are about to fall apart in the room that has the cute animal bedspreads. We let the owners know about the problems as they came up, but they treated us like we were a nuisance. They were not communicative and did not act with any urgency to address issues as they came up - many things were just ignored. My family goes to Aruba often and this is not a place we would visit again.
