Beautiful surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. The proprietor kindly helped us arrange our trip to the Elephant Valley Project
There was a grubby mat outside the bathroom door. I have noticed this elsewhere in Cambodia - spotlessly clean floor except for the mat outside the bathroom which looks like it has never been washed.

Family owned place, they are super nice, speak good English, they are always there when you need it. Bungalows are surrounded by green space with a nice swimming pool in the middle. Their restaurant also serves good food. They have three cats and three dogs in the property and they are the most lovely animals I have ever seen, love to be cuddled.
A bit too bright in the room for my taste at night, the lamps close to the bed don't shut down completely and the AC has a strong light indicator for temperature. But I have used a mask and it was fine, managed to sleep very well.

Good location: The hotel is within a walking distance from the city center and very convenient, but it is in a quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere.
Good hospitality: Whenever I needed something, the owner or his wife responded quickly and took care of it.
The room is a bit small, so it was difficult to open my suitcase fully.

Location, pizza, room and staff greeting all good
There was no breakfast or coffee available- they said breakfast would be available from 6:30 am but even by 7:15 there were no staff in sight! I needed to attend a work meeting by 8 am, and they said they could only provide breakfast after that time.
