Freshly renovated Treasure Island Condo in 2025! Close to everything!
To jest miejsce na relaks. Znajdujemy się na śródlądowej drodze wodnej, dzięki czemu możesz oglądać delfiny i pelikany bawiące się o zachodzie słońca. Plaża jest trzy przecznice od hotelu. Przystanek tramwaju SunCoast na plaży jest w pobliżu i biegnie z Clearwater do St. Pete Beach. Są utwardzone ścieżki do spacerów, jazdy na rowerze i biegania.
Nasze piękne mieszkanie na parterze znajduje się w cichym i kameralnym budynku. Z dumą nazywamy to naszym drugim domem. Zaopatrzyliśmy nasze mieszkanie we wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne podczas wakacji. Sklep spożywczy na wyspie znajduje się tuż przy ulicy. W parku po drugiej stronie ulicy odbywa się targ rolników w piątek rano.
Jeśli nie chcesz gotować, w odległości spaceru znajduje się wiele lokalnych restauracji i barów. Po prostu zostaw samochód na wyznaczonym miejscu parkingowym i idź do WSZYSTKO!

Great place with only a two block walk to the beach with a bay out the back door. Completely updated and like new inside. Quiet and away from the main street thru town. Publix, Walgreens and restaurants only a block away. Communication from the host was awesome! Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Erik and Gina's condo. Centrally located and so peaceful and quiet. Condo was immaculate, with beautiful decor and very comfortable furniture. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything you could possibly need. Just steps from the pool and the bay and minutes to the Gulf. Truly a gem, and we are already planning our next visit.

This condo was everything as advertised. Exceptionally clean and superbly well stocked with most everything you would keep in your own home, including a bathroom scale!! There was such a new feel to the condo as a result of the recent renovation.The furniture was comfortable, and the condo was extremely well lit.A drawback was the lack of natural light in the condo with the blinds down in the daytime due to the nature of the blinds themselves. The condo faces the pool on the first floor so anyone walking by can look in with the blinds open, Albeit there was not a lot of foot traffic during my visit.The condo is within walking distance to Publix and a few blocks to the beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Lots to see and do—Farmer’s Market, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, sunshine, beautiful sunsets, numerous restaurants, sunshine….During my visit, the area was very quiet. There was no need to contact the hosts during this visit, but their accessibility was made very well aware.Would definitely rent this condo again. Great location and accommodations. Thanks for the opportunity to experience Treasure Island in your lovely condo!

Loved the location - on the bay but close to the ocean.Easy walking distance for groceries, shopping and entertainmentLoved the modern, well equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining areas.Ample Beach accessories and very nice quality.Felt like home - had a very relaxing vacation here.
