We arrived late, were met by a very friendly person on reception, who dealt with us very efficiently.
Our room was comfortable and well laid out for a third person with the sofa bed.
Very clean and great shower.
The bed pillows were surprisingly hard - while they initially felt good, through the night they gave me a pain in my neck as my head could not sink into them enough.

Convenient to the airport with free shuttle. Room and bathroom clean and well appointed.
All the power outlets needed a local plug and would not accept the universal chargers that work everywhere else worldwide. The sole USB outlet was dead. So we could not charge our phones and iPads. Food in the restaurant was average but expensive. The benefits of a captive audience!
