Great location! 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the shops and beautiful sunsets in Duck. The main areas of the house had lots of space for our family and the new master bedroom is beautiful! We enjoyed the ping pong table, outdoor shower, and beach chairs/umbrellas that were available. Steve was a very attentive and helpful host!

We had a great time and loved staying in this house. The location is great, about 200 yards from the beach in a quiet neighborhood: close enough that it is easy to go back and forth, not so close that the kids want to go back and forth every 10 minutes. Duck is a fun town to visit, we enjoyed the boardwalk, Duck Donuts, and testing various ice cream shops.I believe I only contacted Stephen once and he was very responsive. Everything was well documented or self explanatory. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and sand toys. The wading pool on the beach was great for our twin grand babies: put a little water in for them and they had their own little beach experience with an umbrella for shade. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, everything worked. We had no complaints.

Wonderful property. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is only a 5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
