All of the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and so helpful. These are probably the friendliest staff I have encountered at a hotel. The location is great and the rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely come back here next time I'm in Hanoi.
Thank you so much to all of the staff for being extremely kind!

Excellent service from hotel staff. They are super friendly and accommodative. Checking on us every day to make sure we are satisfied. They went above and beyond all of the hotel out there !
I’ve never seen such a hotel so friendly like this. Highly recommend ❤️

The staff here are incredible, literally nothing is too much for them and they are so polite and helpful. Helped me break big notes, gave me recommendations for places to shop, let me leave my bags with them for a bit when I had already checked out. The room itself is good value and was very quiet, easy to keep cool. The spa downstairs is incredible value and it was so relaxing for massages. Truly a great find, right up the road from the station too!

Polite staff at the front desk
Not too clean
Noisy and busy road
Generally run down and very small room
Bathroom suoer basic and in need of refresh
No window in room or bathroom!!
They arranged an airport pick up for me, but the price was more expensive than offered by other hotels in Hanoi
