We had a large family vacation and Sparrows Nest held us all comfortably! We found it very clean and well appointed. The location is beautiful and area super fun. The swim spa was a hit with the kids though a bit more connection to the lake - beach area and/or kayak/paddle board/canoe - would make the stay even better. Thanks!

Positives- great location, spacious, lots of nature, great deck, waterfront, comfortable beds.
Negatives- indoor hot tub very loud when trying to sleep, not easy to dock a boat, not great for swimming very weedy.

only 2 people stayed due to illness in family. seemed a little high priced for property. Water was pretty weedy for swimming. Would try somewhere else next time
