Nasz nowo przebudowany rancho w mieście jest blisko do wszystkiego. Mamy 3 sypialnie i 3 łazienki idealny dla 6 osób, z których każda sypialnia wyposażona w odcieniach zaciemnienie sali, aby ułatwić spania-in (jesteś wypoczywających tu, mimo wszystko, więc oddają). Otwarty plan salon, jadalnia, kuchnia i ma mnóstwo przeciw tworzeniu przestrzeni dla Wielkiej zabawne. Obszar ten prowadzi bezpośrednio do naszego dużym gankiem, co jest dobre dla relaksu o każdej porze: poranną kawę, popołudniową drzemkę lub wieczorne koktajle. Jeśli wystarczy na oglądanie telewizji jest ich kilka, oprócz jednego w sali medialnej wszystkim z kablem cyfrowym Uverse U300 (większość kanałów w HD). WIFI jest również dostępna.
Położony w spokojnej okolicy, w pobliżu Seneca Park i dwóch najlepszych lokalnych pól golfowych - jeden publiczny i jeden prywatny (PGA Championship posiadanych w Big Springs GC w 1960 roku). Wygodny w Bowman Pole jeśli lecisz w do wielkiego wyścigu i 3 różnych wyjściach międzypaństwowych w celu łatwego i wyjazdu, jeśli jedziesz. House was as advertised! The host went well beyond expectations. It is literally the perfect home for the Kentucky derby or just a bourbon trail getaway. Nice neighborhood, very, clean, and convenient to everything you could want. I highly recommend this property. Brian W.

The house was perfect for our Derby girls trip. The screened porch was amazing, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was lovely. The hosts were wonderful to work with and communication was frequent and helpful. They thought of everything! I would highly recommend!

The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and easy to get to. The house was amazing, but the best part of the stay was the awesome 3 season porch, which is where we spent all of our "off" hours from the track at. Owners were great to work with and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be thinking about coming back next year because of the wonderful experience we had this year.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The owners are super sweet and communicated with me in advance to ensure that we had everything needed leading up to our visit. When we arrived we were greeted by a welcome gift basket full of KY-related goodies, and they left out fresh mint and sugar with directions on how to make our own mint juleps! So sweet and thoughtful. They had a guest folder with suggestions of what to do in the area which was also helpful. We had 6 adults in our party, and we all felt comfortable with the sleeping and bathing arrangements, not to mention the screened porch is phenomenal especially in the mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping bourbon (hey, that's what you do in KY!). The house is conveniently located to fun neighborhoods in Louisville, and there's a wonderful park system within walking distance. Highly recommend Cherokee Seneca if you're visiting Derby....we had a very pleasant experience here.
