Everything about this cabin rental has been excellent. The communication from the start went smoothly. The booking also went smoothly. The cabin is located so conveniently to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Close to local restaurants that are delicious. The cabin was very clean and spacious. We had 5 families with us and we had plenty of space. The hot water was super hot.(which is always a good thing with a rental) The kids enjoyed the game room and the movie room. We had a bear come right up to the cabin. Our neighbors said they saw 3 bears while we were there. Parking was never a problem. Plenty of space for all our vehicles. Hot tub was nice and warm and then we came back in to a very cold cabin. Which was very nice on these hot days.We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond in the rough. We definitely will be returning.

Reviewer Comments: Spent a week at Diamond in the Rough for family vacation.....11 people, had plenty of room....gsme room and theater room got plenty of use....would definitely come again

The cabin was very spacious and clean. Worked well for our 4 families meeting up. Communication was good and they were responsive to any topics. The pool table and air hockey and theater were great. The family had a good time using those things. Only thing I’d add is some of the amenities were dated and need a refresh. We would book again!

I was disappointed with the “starter pack” of toiletries provided. We had 9 people and the supplies did not match the number of people we paid for. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. There were missing pieces of flooring in the kitchen. This could be an issue for small children. We enjoyed the game room upstairs but during the day it would get up to 80 degrees in that room, even with the a/c on. It didn’t cool down on the 3rd floor until 1-2am. Kinda miserable for the folks sleeping in the bedroom up there. We had a hot water issue and were very thankfully for the quick response to that issue. They switched out the hot water heater while we were gone for the day. The house overall suited our needs but seems a little run-down. The bannister in the 3rd floor was a little shaky and the beanbag game was broken.
