The location was very handy and I chose a hotel for the convenience of having staff that could assist with ordering taxis etc given that I don't speak Japanese which was very useful.
The room that I was assigned had a very bad smell. Whilst it was resolved quickly by transferring me to another room, the new room was very small though which made luggage storage more difficult. The staff provided great service though and helped me move my heavy luggage right away.

Friendly staff, great location lots of restaurants around
It is a bit far from the station, if you are traveling with old parents and heavy luggages
