Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 had a wonderful, winter wonderland stay at this unit! Couch was cozy and there was plenty of sleeping space for all! Sadly, the fireplace did not work during our stay (we were in touch with the office) but everything else was great! One recommendation - bring your own pillows. Unit pillows were not amaze. I did appreciate the sweet gesture of the unit providing hot chocolate pods for the kids (they loved this) and also them providing Red Solo cups for the adults! We would 100% stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Clearer check in instructions. No check in instructions or code was provided to us. Had to call emergency phone to get code to box. No soap or shampoo in the unit.
