We love it here! 2nd return trip and will be booking for next year shortly… perfect location and property set up just right! Twenty minute stroll across the track by the golf course to the beach to watch the sunset, just bliss x

We have just returned from the most magical stay at Wedge Cottage; we enjoyed every minute. Such a comfortable property with plenty of space for 6 people of required; three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything that you could think of was to hand. Loved the footpath walk to Polzeath for the sunset and the quiet surroundings… just lovely.

The house was well presented but the beds were not comfortable - we were a party of 6 adults, two having to sleep in the twin bedded room and these single beds were terrible - this house should be marketed as 4 adults and 2 children!!!
