The accommodation was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were very warm and provided excellent service. They even prepared a cake for my wife belated bday celebration. The view was second to none.

The hotel was really close to the train station and lots of shopping and lots of eating options in walking distance. T1he bus for Kamui Links was just around the corner which made logistics easy. The room was small. If we were to stay there again I would upgrade to a larger room.
The room was hot at night. There was a window restriction preventing much of an opening. The staff provided a fan but it was still hot which made for difficult sleeping. There were noisy people above us and we did not receive any real assistance in remedying the issue. The beds were hard and the room was really small.
