For us it was perfect, the hosts were the most accomadating and friendly! Very helpful and very quick to answer questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip went very smoothly. There is a little bit of a walk to get to the train station but the neighborhood was so lovely, very calm and quiet and its a quick stop away from Fushimi Inari and Kyoto station which is a major hub. The facilities were great and we loved our little stay, Thank you to Lisa and Kimura for making Kyoto feel like our home away from home.
Wish it was right next to the station but I have absolutely no complaints about the facility or the people, this place was great and very spacious!

The property was exactly as described and in the pictures. The location was perfect as you can walk to a lot of local attractions, local shops, restaurant and maybe even the train station and the best part is the train station was just one stop away from Kyoto main train station. The toilets, bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen is also stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed. My son had fun with the bunkbeds sleeping situation.
