Excellent location and clean and spacious rooms. Thomson shared his number at the beginning and clearly mentioned what to expect. It is a room only accommodation and you need to get towel, soaps etc. on your own. From the hall area you can see Ooty lake across the road. Nearby restaurant serves decent food. The market, railway station and the bus terminus is close by. Good option if you are travelling by public transport.
Nothing specific to mention here about the guest house. The facility is on the roadside. So, sometimes, especially at night, the passing and honking vehicles may feel bothersome.

The room and attached washroom were really spacious, clean and neat. Worth the money and passable.
Location is a little tricky, with respect to get food and something to eat. And another main problem, is with the hot water and its timings (7:30 to 9:00 am only). Since, its a hill station and temperature goes really low and places to visit like Pykara, Coonoor or Mudumalai is a little far which requires some travel time and have to start early in the morning. Adjusting with the ice cold water really doesn't make sense. Rest everything is really plausible.
