Overall good

The bed sheet was dirty, and the sofa-cum-bed could not be set up properly.

The room was very nice, clean with all the ustensils in the kitchen, multiple fast foods around to eat. The metro station is at 5 minutes from the apartment and you can easily reach the city center.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The apartment was comfortable for a couple, and close to metro and buses. It had all what we needed. Contact with owner was easy and fast. Our flight was delayed, we came after midnight and the entrance code wasn't working. However, the owner replied very fast and provided a new code. We really enjoyed our time there.

Nothing

The apartment is in the middle of one of the bad neighborhoods so that was the first bad warning. Entering the apartment it smeelled so bad like cigarettes, we wanted to do laundry but the washer smelled even worse of cigarettes so i didnt dare try to wash and ruin my clothes. The beds are the worst hard mattresses ever. Sleeping on the sofa was more comfortable. The price is absolutely ridiculous but so was everywhere else. They send you all these rules of quite time but the neighbors next to us. Same rental company, arrive at 3am and are loud until about 7am. We complained but nothing was done because it happened again the next night. I would not recommend this apartment at all.
