I spent one night in apartment 101, a two-bedroom unit. Great location, plenty of space, clean towels, and toiletries provided. Nice view from the living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom; clear check-in instructions and easy communication with the owner.

First bedroom had an unpleasant view, and the cooing of pigeons could be a nuisance. The windowsill needs repair—it is cracking, allowing external spikes to poke through, and there are visible gaps in the windows. Since the location is central, it can get noisy, so I recommend earplugs. A kitchen towel would also be useful. The Saniflo system activates every time you use the toilet or run the water, so be prepared for an unpleasant noise (though, fortunately, it lasts only a moment).

Comfortable bed, location excellent, Secure

Old noisy sewerage and water supply

Amazing location 5 minute walk from Matthew Street, lovely safe and secure apartment. Comfy beds Main bedroom was big with an ensuite and view onto the main Castle street.

The bathroom, saniflow system, everytime you went in the bathroom the noise from the saniflow system was like a fog horn, so loud even in the middle of the night. The 2nd bedroom was alot smaller with a window with no view at all but had a million pigeons outside it, making noise all through the night so our friends got very little sleep.

Good location, very spacious, check in and check out easy.

The bathroom has a foul water pump that is very loud. It seemed to also emit a smell sometimes which was unpleasant.
