The owner is very sweet, with a kindness that you can only find in Asia. There is everything you need, including a hairdryer. Just steps from Walking Street. I had a great time.

Lovely owner - the owner was so nice and accomodating. She was kind enough to prepare some earplugs for us in case we cannot sleep by nights due to the construction nearby. The whole stay was decent and comfortable.
The location is also a huge plus!!!! Close to most attractions and good restaurants that I have in my list.
Not much. The building is not really soundproof but our stay was good. No big deal.
Water drain maybe slow sometimes but mostly the water will drain off and leave no bad odor so it was good.

Near to eatery. I have got the best banh mi nearby the homestay. The lady owner is friendly and helpful.
The shower water is not hot. We booked 2 rooms at 3rd floor, the door lock seems got problem. Water is not provided.
