Panorama Hotel & Spa

Amazing stay! Highly recommended if you visit Krusevo as the view is just outstanding, it changes throughout the day based on the lights. It is more expensive that you normal fair but still very affordable and well worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the village. The bathroom was made to highly standard, what a treat !! There is a heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Perfect to relax after a day exploring the village and spomenik. Unlike previous reviews mentioned, the two times I used it, it was hot enough and perfect. I didn’t have a car so the walk to the village is about 15 minutes and quite easy to go down, a bit more challenging to go up but nothing not doable.

I would say the coffee at breakfast want to the standards of the place while the omelette was delicious. The dinner was also disappointing, I ate better in the village as what I had the two timed was very dull.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Panorama as a group of four adults and one child, staying in two rooms. The hotel is very well kept and our rooms were incredibly spacious, with large balconies and amazing views. The beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast is freshly cooked rather than a buffet, which we really enjoyed. We also made lots of use of the pool during our stay – it was lovely and very quiet whenever we were there. The setting is beautiful too, surrounded by forest, which makes the whole hotel feel very peaceful. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but we particularly appreciated the waiter who served us at breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, especially our rather picky young eater! Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Panorama and felt very well looked after. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kruševo.

The only small negative for us was the coffee at breakfast, which was from a machine and wasn't particularly good – but this was a very minor point in an otherwise excellent stay.
