Everything was great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and layout. This rental had everything we needed and within walking distance to Eagle. The condo was clean and well stocked. My only complaint would be that the hot tub water was cloudy and had a strong scent of chemicals. We didn't feel comfortable using it. But other than that, we would stay here again.

Great location, well stocked, nicely furnished with good bedding. Bright with big windows and pretty views.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest issue we had was the heating. There is instructions telling us to set our thermostats to 5 degrees apart, but we never got the bedrooms to warm up following the instructions. The bedrooms are always freezing! But really, 5 degrees apart on 4 different thermostats would mean 20 degrees different in total. That would still mean they don't work normally. I believe the 5 degrees apart requirement is a made-up story to discourage us from warming up the rooms. That I think is very unprofessional. I must say the it is a great location for getting to the slopes, if you don't mind wearing a puffer to bed.
