Location is real good. The apt is roomy. Manager is responsive.
Installations are old specially kitchen and bathrooms. Toilet and sink drains were slow, wall and ceiling paint with stains showing overall poor maintenance. Air conditioning was not efficient enough for Madrid heat making for uncomfortable nights. Building is very old with stained, filthy carpet in corridor leading to apt and elevator hall.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The flat is spacious, comfortable, and has excellent natural light throughout the day.
The place looks quite old and run-down. Although the space is large, it’s clear that maintenance is needed in several areas. Some parts are worn out and a few things require urgent repairs. Overall, it’s not in the best condition, and it would be important to renovate or fix it to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant.
