This spacious three-bedroom unit is ideally located just a short walk to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants, the local pub, and surf club. It comfortably sleeps 7 (1 queen, 1 double, 3 singles) and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The unit is fully tiled and features ceiling fans throughout, ensuring comfort during your stay. Enjoy entertainment with a TV, video, Austar, and a CD player. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, and there’s a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience.
The main bedroom includes an ensuite, and the unit also boasts a bath tub and a shower for added relaxation. Step outside to the balcony, where you can unwind with a gas BBQ. Off-street parking is also available for your convenience.
Please Note: 'Paragon Apartment 6' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Large 3 bed unit , could do with a few little things like a new BBQ as it was very grubby and some of the lights didn't work but overall a nice large spacious unit. Can get quite warm as there is no air conditioning and you don't get any sea breeze either, it's in a central location right next to shops and a short still to the beach

This property was very roomy and central. It would be excellent value for a family. It could probably do with a spring clean..blinds and walls needed a clean. Kitchen crockery greasy and needed top up. Eg 2 glasses for a unit that sleeps 7. We found parking under the building difficult as someone else was using our car park. Parked in council car park across the street.
