La ubicación está bastante bien, sitio para aparcar, en la puerta,bastante restaurante por la zona el apartamento es tal como salen las fotos, Fernanda, nos proporcionó todo lo que le hemos pedido, con una botella de vino de cortesía, buen detalle hemos estado cómodos, hay habitación abajo y arriba importante en nosso caso que íbamos con el abuelo ....para la habitación de arriba las escaleras son un poco inpinadas pero para gente joven está bien,,, todo correcto.... gracias

Lovely little apartment, perfect for 2 of us. We were very grateful of the AC as it was very hot over the weekend. The host is warm, friendly and gave us a nice welcome. Location was perfect loads of restaurants close by. We had free parking on the street. Lisbon only 40 mins away. I fell in love with Setubal,

Aunque tiene la preinstalación, le faltan las contraventanas. Sería importante colocarlas para evitar la luz y el calor

One of the highlights of our visit was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the landlady. She met us upon arrival to hand over the keys and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the property. Her genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing us with local tips and recommendations that greatly enhanced our stay in Setúbal. She had even left some snacks and fresh water in the property for us; which was a lovely touch after a lengthy travel. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm that made our stay truly memorable. The accommodation itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The location was ideal, allowing us easy access to explore the beautiful surroundings of Setúbal. I cannot recommend Rate Aliciamar E by Casas de Setúbal highly enough. The combination of a fantastic property and the charming, hospitable landlady made for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning in the future!
