Great place to stay in arugam bay. Close to the beach and the strip but away from the noise of it all. The variety in breakfast was a real treat, and being welcomed with the tastiest juice we had in our time in Sri Lanka was lovely after a long journey.
Great spacious room. Very clean and nice air con with a ceiling fan. It's nice to have the fan on the balcony too.

We had a really nice stay here. What we appreciated the most is the owner (Iqbal)'s availability and hospitality. He cooked breakfast for us himself and took his time to chat with us everytime he had the chance. The room was very spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and different everyday, I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit!
The pool is small, and I didn't feel very comfortable sharing it with other guests, especially large families with kids, but to be honest it was not such a big deal. After all, when you are in Arugam Bay you basically spend most of your time at the beach!

The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always wanted to help with booking surf lessons or safari trips. We had dinner at the property with some other couples on the first night and the bbq food was amazing. It was a fantastic stay we were sad to leave Bay Dreams Beach Hotel.

The owner is really friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok. The location is a bit off from most restaurants but it's a 1 min walk to the beach. This part of the beach is rather quiet so we loved it. Wifi didn't work at all. Keep that in mind.
We had the AC room and unfortunately that one was super small. The non AC rooms are much bigger.
