Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Evans Head! The process of picking up the keys for our apartment was easy. Beach Break is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean but is looking a bit tired. Master bedroom bed is very ordinary, would suggest replacing it, other two bedrooms need ceiling fans in them as the rooms cop the full sun and the pedestal fans are not affective at all. Other than the above the apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Had issues with checkin with the property manager at Elders who said if I wanted less issues next time book direct with Elders instead of Wotif. She didn’t even get up from her desk at the back to talk to me. There was no linen, no towels included and she gave me one roll of toilet paper and one small soap in total for 5 people for 3 bathrooms. Cleaner came back and recleaned as there was sand still on the floors and crumbs on the table. The cleaner was very helpful and kind. She gave wonderful service and helped me get sheets and towels from a local laundromat.
