It was my third time in the Grey Suites, so I knew what to expect. As usual, it was very clean and the apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you need. This time the codes to the gate was sent to me much earlier.

Sorry, but I didnt sleep whole nihht. People living in neighboring apartments were loud and talking loudly in the inner courtyard throughout the night. There was also constant slamming of car doors in the parking lot beneath the apartments. It all ended around 5 a.m. Maintaining the living conditions should be monitored by the company !!! I strongly advise against sleeping THERE in the summer, when the courtyard balconies become a place for social meetings. There's one thing I really don't like. When registering online, the company requires too much personal information (e.g., mother's maiden name). This seems out of the ordinary.

The apartmant was spacious and comfy. Had all the things I've expected for a apartmant of this price. The private parking was one of the reasons for booking and it being in a closed garage with a roof was a nice little bonus. Parking space was very narrow but it is manageable.

The internet was terrible. Trying to open Youtube on the TV to play videos was a nightmare when typing (would say it was impossible even). Button for flushing the toilet didn't work as intended. After flushing, sometimes the water container for the toilet wouldn't fill up again, so we needed to fiddle with the button to make it fill up again. Also the apartmant from the pictures on Booking.com isn't the same one we got. This wouldn't really be a problem if the staff were communicative but all my messages got ignored. Keep in mind that the apartmant you get will only be displayed on a seperate application used for check in and not on Booking.com.
