The apartment was clean and appears just as in the photos. There is a cute swing that my children loved in the apartment. There are a few minor issues but overall, I would recommend it. 1. There is no fan or window in the bathroom so that gets very stuffy/hot. 2. There is a bad odor in the lobby and particularly the elevator. The apartment doesn’t smell, but you have to stomach the odor to get into the apartment (This may have just been temporary; we had a 3 night stay).

The location is not so good, it is not a cozy zone for a family trip to Paris.
The lobby smells bad and the lights at the living room did not work
