The main problem was only one toilet.

The apartment is centrally located just off the Blvd Champs-Elysées and very close to the metro. It is spacious and has air conditioning which is a must in the summer. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are clean. However, it is very loud at night. There is constant noise between people playing music at 4am, noisy Burger King customers below and the endless rattling of goods being unloaded onto dollies at the supermarket across the street. The apartment is also starting to need some attention to paint and bathrooms. In sum, if you’re a heavy sleeper, this place could work. Otherwise, you may want to try a quieter arrondissement.

"Wonderful location and excellent overall space. Nice to have 3 bedrooms for our family of 5. Just a block from the Champs Elysees and maybe a 5-6 minute walk from the Arc de Triumphe. Beds comfortable..."
