Die Lage ist wunderschön oberhalb des Tegernsees in einer ruhigen gehobenen Wohngegend
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber , das Bad zwar etwas klein aber vollkommen ausreichend
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut , das ganze Haus sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt und die pensionswirtin sehr Freundlich , nett und aufmerksam

Bed uncomfortable, duvet too thin, pillows lumpy, small size of room and bathroom, no room for toiletries or suitcases, bathroom poorly ventilated, musty shower, no amenities, limited breakfast , no tea kettle in room
