There was a horrifying drain/sewage smell in our apartment that got especially bad in the evenings when we were trying to sleep. When I informed the front desk, they sent a technician who just offered to cover the smell with air freshener spray -- yuck. There were many positive aspects about this hotel, but feeling like you're sleeping in a sewer made the overall stay highly unpleasant. Our friends in other apartments didn't have this problem, so it seems we were just very unlucky with getting unit 431.
