Das Design und die Ausstattung der Villa, der Pool mit uneinsehbaren Terrassen, alles sehr luxuriös und zum Genießen, die Küchenausstattung ist super, die Größe hat uns sehr beeindruckt, alles sehr stylisch. Den tollen Pool für sich allein zu haben und zu jeder Zeit nutzen zu können, ist genial. Und der Ausblick auf Meer ist ein absoluter Traum… Alles in allem hatten wir 4 unvergessliche Nächte, die wir sehr genießen konnten.

Der Fluglärm war wirklich heftig. Wir wohnen auch in der Nähe eines Flughafens, aber so laut kannten wir das nicht. Nachts (die Flugzeuge flogen bis Mitternacht) wurden die Schlafzimmer von den Scheinwerfern der Flugzeuge erhellt, so nah flogen sie drüber. Ziemlich nah hinter dem Haus verläuft auch noch eine Hauptverkehrsstrasse, auch die macht Lärm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre echt gut, auch die Belüftung der Badezimmer ist aus meiner Sicht unzureichend, wodurch es schnell muffig/ feucht wirkt und riecht. Leider gibt es keine Insektenschutzgitter, so dass man nicht unbefangen lüften kann. Mich als kleine Person hat auch gestört, dass in den Bädern nur Bewegungsmelder zum Lichteinschalten installiert sind. Beim Duschen ging das Licht aus, erst nach dem Heraustreten aus der Dusche konnte ich es wieder an machen. Nachts muss auch nicht unbedingt ein helles Licht angehen, wenn man ins Bad muss. Alles in Allen ist das Meckern auf hohem Niveau bei dieser wirklich tollen Unterkunft.

groot zwembad, mooi zicht op de baai. keuken goed uitgerust. mooi en ruim woongedeelte, overdekt terras, centrale ligging om het eiland te verkennen.winkels op wandelafstand.

beide slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met 2 persoonsbedden. voor een gezin met tieners is dit onpraktisch. beter zou zijn dat 1 kamer is voorzien van separate bedden ivm privacy. Sauna en stoombad werkten niet. Ligt dicht bij de landingsbaan dus zowel mooi zicht op inkomende vliegtuigen maar dus ook wat lawaaihinder, al valt dit goed mee.

We loved the location, the view was breathtaking. The villa was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked the pool with the option of having it heated, the sauna and the wine cellar. We didn’t have a car and got around easily using Bolt taxis and walking to the local shop. The owner met us at check in and was extremely helpful during our stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa — it was even more beautiful than the pictures and completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed with our toddler and had the most relaxing, enjoyable few days. The pool is huge and having it heated made it absolutely perfect. We also loved the Turkish bath and sauna, which made the whole stay feel incredibly luxurious. One of our favourite touches was having our own private viewpoint — the views are simply breathtaking. Our little one especially loved watching the planes fly overhead. The wine cellar was really impressive too, with delicious wines at very reasonable prices. The open-plan living space worked brilliantly for our family, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and every part of the villa felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much that we actually never left the villa during our four-day stay — there was simply no need to! It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the incredible surroundings. João was a fantastic host throughout — always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special stay in Madeira.
